The nightly rates shown below do not include applicable taxes or the $395 cleaning fee, which covers cleaning of both the house and hot tub. These charges are added to your final booking total.
Optional add-ons are available at checkout: a $150 linen package with hotel-quality sheets, pillowcases, and duvets for all five bedrooms, and EV charging at $0.50/kWh.
To complete a reservation, guests are also asked to sign a rental agreement and provide a $400 fully refundable security deposit, subject to the terms of the rental agreement.
Cancellation Policy
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
